Creating Your Own World: A Masterlist
Fantasy writers or even dystopian writers often create their own worlds, or their own versions of the world that we live in now. To create your own world, it obviously takes a lot of effort and thoughts to put everything together. So here’s a masterlist of the resources that you might want to take a look at while creating your very one world!
The first thing that you need to think about when creating your own world is about what type of world will it be. Will it be another version of the world that we live in? Or will it be a completely different world? Will there be magic? What are the differences and similarities that the world has with the Earth we know now? Have a general image of the world in your head.
